The NordicTrack X5 Incline Trainer is an iFIT® compatibile treadmill. It combines interactive workouts that actually control your treadmill. It's a total home fitness program designed by a certified personal trainer. Just plug the iFIT® card into your compatible console and press play. It will do the rest by taking you through the complete workout. You can even run the iFIT® programs from CD-ROM or video.

Just by walking at a 25% incline you can burn up to twice the calories in comparison with walking on a flat pillow. Moreover, the NordicTrack X5 Incline treadmill also offers upper body cardio cables to work your arms, shoulders, back and abs. This gives you a total body workout and results in more calories burned.
