Besides a durable motor, the ProForm's treadmills within Performance Series feature the latest ProShox cushioning system. The manufacturer claims that its new ProShox system reduces the impact on your joints up to 28% compared with running on asphalt. Either the motor or running deck size is not something serious runners will love. But, this is more than enough for an occasional home use by an average user.
