Life Fitness T3 Review
The truth is that the Life Fitness T3 is somewhere between F1 and T5. Offering the large running deck (20 x 60 inches) it is a great solution for all kind of users (walkers, joggers and runners). Although it could be easily compared to the Sole Fitness TT8 (by price, features, etc), the TT8 is the very top model by Sole, while the Life Fitness T3 stands as a base model in more serious series, created from treadmills designed for heavy use in commercial gyms and fitness clubs.
Like the cheaper F1, the T3 is also equipped with the FlexDeck shock absorption system. The DC type motor delivers 3 horsepower, but it can reach up to 6 HP at peak. It features the MagnaDrive motor controller. It automatically adjusts the draw of power according to a user weight. Full capacity is only used when needed. Like most treadmills from Life Fitness, the T3 also comes with the console of your choice. There are two types to choose from: the Go console as a basic option, and the Track Plus console compatible with Android and Apple devices.

In addition to the computer console, there is also a dashboard located underneath it. It is used to control the speed, moving at 0.5 mph, and incline levels moving at 0.5% elevation. The dashboard also has buttons for immediate incline/speed adjustment: Speed of 2 mph (Walk), 4 mph (Jog) and 6 mph (Run); Incline to 1.5% (Low), 3% (Mid) and 5% (High). However, the user can set these buttons to new values.
