The console has a Bluetooth capability. It works in conjuction with the IWM Bluetooth weight scale to automatically deliver optimum personalized workouts. It is also compatible with the myLiveLight App, and employs a combination of cloud based web services and mobile apps. Facebook integration allows you to share achievements and encouragement with friends, as well. Other Features are pretty the same on both models. The ergonomic console comes with an easy to read, blue backlit LCD display, a built-in sound system with mp3/iPod and USB ports, a convenient iPod-sized shelf and FitSound speakers. A heart rate could be tracked either by a wireless heart rate chest strap or by useing heart rate monitors located in the handlebars. There is also a 3-speed adjustable fan, two cup holders, and a clip-in tablet rack. The console's computer can record data for 7 individual users. It is preloaded with 15 workout programs. Another great feature is a hands-free speed adjustment. It will satisfy all those who complain that a changing the speed during a workout is difficult.
